How long does it take for us to ship an item after an order is placed?

All items are made as soon as you order them. Please allow 2-5 business days for order processing and fulfillment. This does not include shipping time. Standard shipping takes an additional 3-6 business days for the US and 2-7 business days for the rest of the world. When the option is available, express shipping takes 1-3 business days.

Note: during high volume times fulfillment may take a day longer than normal.

Returns

How do I make returns?

Currently, we are unable to process returns for non-damaged items. Please review the product description and size chart to ensure you purchase your desired fit. If you have any questions about a particular size, please get in touch with us here. 

How can I exchange an item?

Because all items are made-to-order we cannot accept exchanges.

 

Damaged Items

If you have an issue with your garment, if it is misprinted, damaged or defective, please contact us here within 20 days after the product has been received. Please do not forget to add photo evidence and a description of the issue.
